FAQ
Can I use the TV as a PC Monitor substitute? For CRT TV's the answer would be NO, the quality isn't good enough, but ok for watching DVD's. On Flat Panel TV's using the TV PC-Input (VGA) is a good way but doesn't make use of the full resolution of the TV. The PC DVI or HDMI Port is Digital and the best way to connect a PC to a TV and on 1080P Flat Panel TV's suitable as a Monitor Substitute

If I use a HDMI Cable from PC to Laptop does this mean i don't need an Audio Cable as well? HDMI is a Digital replacement for Scart. Traditionally on PC's and Laptops Video and Audio have separate Ports, this may carry on for time being. Although i would expect all PC's in the future to have HDMI Ports that support both Video and Audio
